It’s a delicious savoury version of the classic Yule Log. Filled with delicious pork sausage meat, apricots, dates, herbs and seasoning and wrapped in our signature all butter puff pastry. The Yule Log is topped with Christmas pastry motifs and freshly baked! Our artisan bakers based in the hills of North Yorkshire have a true passion for everything pastry and sweet! We use only the finest cuts of meats that are then butchered right on site for that extra freshness taste, and we take pride is every stage of hand crafting the best pastries available with a mouth-watering taste! Our pastries are ready to eat hot or cold and are suitable for freezing for up to 6 months. Our pastries and goodies are delivered to you in a unique temperature-controlled box for that maximum freshness and taste. Upon arrival our pastries have a 5-day shelf life and should be immediately refrigerated which can then be reheated in just 25 mins at 180°C / 160°C fan / 350°F gas mark 4 or the large pies for 35 minutes. weight is approx. 950g.
