Our pastries are ready to eat hot or cold and are suitable for freezing for up to 6 months. Our pastries and goodies are delivered to you in a unique temperature-controlled box for that maximum freshness and taste. Upon arrival our pastries have a 5-day shelf life and should be immediately refrigerated which can then be reheated in just 25 mins at 180°C / 160°C fan / 350°F gas mark 4 or the large pies for 35 minutes.
