Over the coming weeks at Thornbridge we’ll be releasing some very special beers from our barrel store, to celebrate our first, Vicious Circle a collaboration with Burning Sky Brewery we’ve put together a limited mixed case featuring our collaboration and some classics from both breweries.  The box includes…. Vicious Circle – ABV 7.4% 3 x 375ml bottles WHITE BURGUNDY BARREL AGED GOLDEN ALE brewed with Burning Sky -Vicious Circle was produced with our great friends at Burning Sky. We brewed a classic golden ale which was initially fermented with a neutral yeast strain, the beer was then aged in white Burgundy barrels in our barrel room, having been inoculated with a mixed culture including Brettanomyces and lactobacillus. The resulting beer is complex and slightly tart, with hints of ripe peach and melon. Burning Sky 2 x Robust Porter ABV 5.4% / 440 ml can Robust Porter uses the finest Marris Otter barley and a complex range of roast and crystal malts. Hopped with spicy Sussex grown Target hops, this rich and satisfying beer is sure to fortify you. Burning Sky 2 x Petite Saison ABV 3.5% / 440 ml can This mixed fermentation saison is a light and easy drinking small beer.
