Voyager Gin captures the essence of the Caribbean with the generous amounts of grains of paradise, cassia bark and coconut. It has an earthy sweetness with a heavy mouthfeel laced with extra juniper and beetroot. The bright citrus note of lemon peel follows closely on the palate and the finish has a sweet kick and rush of black pepper. The name Voyager Gin comes from the exotic botanicals used to create this special limited edition gin. With Eden Mill\\\'s Core Range largely focusing on using local Scottish botanicals we wanted to highlight the use of ingredients from far and wide to create this gin. Voyager Gin is a much-loved gin by the team at Eden Mill and has already featured in various forms across the years throughout various releases, for example in our 9 Gins gift set and within our 12 Gins of Christmas, but has never officially been available to buy until now.
