The first release of the Eden Mill x Dundee United collaboration gin was so popular, the club has asked us to release a second batch which is now available to purchase. We have worked closely with the team at Dundee United F.C to create our first collaboration gin. The Dundee United Collaboration Gin is an exciting blend of citrus & floral notes and is based with our award-winning Eden Gin. To create this gin we carefully selected each botanical, including tangerine peel, as a nod to the famous nickname \\\'The Tangerines\\\'. We worked closely with the club to create the perfect blend that represents the club and its fans in an authentic way. The club wanted to produce a premium, limited edition gin to give the fans a unique collector\\\'s item to celebrate our partnership with the club. Our distillers and sponsorship staff worked with the club over various meetings to decide on an authentic blend that would represent the club in the best way possible. Once we were confident with the gin itself, it was then down to our newest members of the decision-making team, Nicky Clark and Lawrence Shankland, to have the final say. The boys became part of our team for the day- from creating the gin with our distiller to bottling the liquid and hand labelling each gin. Dundee United Collaboration Gin is made with botanicals such as marigold, black cardamom and chamomile. Best served with a Light Tonic or Fentimans Valencian Orange Tonic garnished with a twisted tangerine peel.
