This is a top-notch fine sparkling wine that becomes increasingly expressive as it opens up in the glass. Immediately evident concentration, with great structure and a superbly-fine, creamy mousse of vanishingly tiny bubbles. Candied fruit and complex, balsamic flavours, and yet with a lively, refreshing finish.
