Made through the combination of unique ingredients predominately maize and corn, and the modern technique of column distillation producing and exceptionally clean, smooth and sweet Irish whiskey. To add depth of character Teeling Single Grain is exclusively matured in oak barrels that previously held Californian Cabernet Sauvignon. Bottled at 46% with no chill filtration. A natural dark copper berry red colour. Spicy with fruit notes intermingling with an underlining sweetness. Starts strongly spicy evolving into rich berry fruit,then a drying finish dominated by wood and spice.
