Beautiful bottle aged Muscadet, made from 55 year old vines and benefitting from extended underground cellaring on its lees. It\'s then bottled without fining or filtration, resulting in a complex rich and mineral style. Given it\'s age this stunning wine is still beautifully clear and bright - and has a wonderful bouquet of white flowers, citrus fruits, pear and a mineral edge. It\'s bone-dry and zesty with plenty of fruit on the palate and a brisk, fresh finish. The ultimate seafood wine - serve chilled with oysters, mussels or barbecued prawns. Also has the weight to partner lobster.
