Corbières \'La Sélection\' 2019, Château du Vieux Parc
Pepper and redcurrant show on the nose, leading to an elegant, complex wine that shows the benefits of low yields and old (at least 50 years) vines. It has a beautiful balance of red berry fruit and oak on the palate. Made Carignan, Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre, fermented and aged for 12 months in French oak casks, of which 25% are new.
