XF is a delicate shade of pink, like the inside of a seashell. The aromas are beautiful and expressive: juicy ripe pear, lemon zest and white peach. It has a lovely, effortless balance between delicate finesse and satifying roundness, with flavours on the palate of citrus, melon, rose petals and golden apple. Truly lovely. This wine was born from a collaboration forged between two families with a long winemaking tradition: Xandra Falco – Marchioness of Mirabel – and brothers Marcos and Miguel Eguren of Sierra Cantabria, Señorío de San Vicente and Teso La Monja. It is an ode to life and joy; a journey full of hope. The vineyards chosen to produce XF are located on the left bank of the Ebro River, in the parishes of San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida. Work is done with the utmost respect for the environment, with minimal intervention and in harmony with the biorhythms of the terroir.
