Easy Coding Game by Headu gives even the youngest children an opportunity to learn to programme. By putting together a series of efficient instructions and actions to solve a problem, they will be exercising computational thinking! There are multiple levels of play. The rules provided below are for two players, but individual play is also possible. There are 12 mission cards, each one with a baby animal that is lost and has to be reached. Preparation and play. Assemble the pathway (joining the pieces together like a jigsaw) and the programming panel. Shuffle the mission cards and place them face down on the table then do the same with the start cards. Leave the remaining materials aside. The youngest player starts, picking a mission card and placing it on one of the squares of the same colour on the main game board (for example, a blue card on one of the squares in the blue row.) The player then picks a start card: as before, this is placed on a free square in the matching colour row. Each player chooses a place-marker and puts it at the start. On their programming panels and using the code cards, the players write out the path they need to take to complete the mission. They check if the code they have written is correct by reproducing it on the mainboard with their place-marker.
