Our famous Welsh Batch loaves are batch baked in the oven to given outstanding flavour. Once baked, they are torn apart creating an individual look whilst maintaining a deliciously soft and tasty loaf.In 1964 my father and I bough a small family bakery in Coedpoeth, North Wales. Originally opened in 1934, it made good, Honestly, affordable bread that refused to compromise on quality. Now, working alongside may sons, I'm Proud to say we've never lost those original values.Over the years we have perfected our craft.
