We've long since moved production out of our kitchen, but we still harvest by hand from the sparkling seas around the Isle of Anglesey. The resulting salt is like nothing else on earth: crunchy and crisp, strong yet delicate and subtly sweet. It's ideal as a cooking ingredient and as the perfect finishing touch at the table. They were sturdy and looked really nice. They were also very hard to recycle and so mostly ended up as landfill. We weren't happy about that. Our new pouches uses 50% less material. This card is easily recyclable, and an increasing number of recycling facilities have the capacity to recycle plastic bags, films and pouches.
