Packed and grown in Turkey by a small buisness that runs a fantastically anarchic "garden of Eden" land area filled to the brim with plants, bees, wild flowers, olives, apricots, cherry and peach trees, aubergines, artichokes, peppers, tomatoes, onions and garlic from which a large number of the great tasting Organico spread and dip range is sourced. Roasted aubergine spread and dip is just right with bread, breadsticks, crackers or vegetable sticks. Our organic aubergine spread is made using only the finest organic ingredients: fresh aubergines, pure extra virgin olive oil, chickpeas, lemon juice, onions and a little seasoning. The aubergines are grown on a family farm in Puglia, Southern Italy, harvested in season and actually packed on site.
