Reaching 1890m in elevation, it overlooks the City of Antigua. It was created 15 years ago, which is rather young compared with the other ‘certified Antigua’ farms. We’ve sourced a real nano-lot named ‘bajo las estrellas’, meaning under the stars. Only the coffee over 1800m would be harvested for Roasting Plant, a treat we’ll share with London!
