Our Organic Bocconcini is best served at room temperature with fresh tomatoes, basil leaves and lots of our lovely light, fruity olive oil sourced and bottled for Laverstoke in Spain. In summer we really like to eat Bocconcini with ripened baby tomatoes and a basil leaf on a cocktail stick for a perfect start to a meal. In winter we stir Bocconcini into our soups and pasta sauces. Our organic mozzarella is made directly on the farm, using fresh milk from our herd of Water Buffalo. At Laverstoke they are fed on our unique pastures, rich in over 30 different herbs, grasses and clovers that contribute to the superb quality of the milk that these gentle animals produce. After years of refining, research and working with some of the best mozzarella consultants in Italy, along with a great deal of dedication; it has all paid off.
