This entirely Fairtrade cocoa powder from Divine makes for a particularly rich and creamy hot chocolate when swirled into milk over a hot stove.Add a little extra Fairtrade sugar for a particularly sweet chocolate treat. This cocoa powder has been made from skilfully harvested cocoa beans from Kuapa Kokoo, a fair trade co-operative of loud-and-proud smallholder farmers in Ghana. A little bit of sweetness has come from sugar from Kasinthula, a Fairtrade cooperative in Malawi. A touch of vanilla, grown by Fairtrade farmers in Madagascar, evokes an even more rounded and creamy note.
