This 100% Organic Arabica coffee is hand-harvested by traditional growers for the Sol Y Cafe Co-operative in Cajamarca, Peru. The co-operative provides support to almost a thousand coffee farmers, and also runs social and environmental initiatives. This exquisite coffee has been paired with our Organic Muscovado White Chocolate. The sweet and buttery white chocolate is infused with rich, caramel notes of fair trade Muscovado whole cane sugar from the Philippines – making it the perfect accompaniment to the Peru single origin coffee. The organic cocoa has been harvested by skilled local farmers from fair trade co-operatives in Peru, Bolivia, and the Dominican Republic, and the income they earn supports their families and local communities. This chunky chocolate bar is fair trade, totally organic, GM free, suitable for vegetarians, and as ethical as chocolate can be. You\'ll never find any emulsifiers, cheap oils, or artificial colours or preservatives in our chocolate.
