The XT M8000 Double 36/26 11 Speed Chainset from Shimano is a high performance chainset from the classic mountainbike group, using the most advanced 11-Speed Dyna-Sys chainrings. This chainset will allow you to ride anywhere with 11-speed tuned gearing, the power to choose how and where you ride. The crank arms are Forged HollowTech II with unrivalled strength-to-weight ratio. The lightweight construction teamed with an external super smooth bottom bracket help efficient cycling. The steel inner ring combined with a thicker aluminium and carbon composite Hollow outer ring gives excellent rigidity and durability. The close ratio gear combination keeps minimum shifting gaps to provide an improved cadence while reducing pedal feedback on suspension bikes. The chainrings features patented spike pins to ensure smooth and fast gear shifts under heavy loads and the 70 degree spider arm has been designed for optimal rigidity.
