Lines 1 & 2 can take up to 20 characters per line and lines 3 & 4 can take up to 15 characters per line. All personalisation is case sensitive and will appear as entered. If the message is all in capitals you will find the personalisation extremely difficult to understand and may even result in personalisation being missed off the product. Due to the nature of slate there will be some differences in the stone (such as texture, cut and smoothness).
