Line 1 is case sensitive and will appear as entered. Line 2 will automatically appear in UPPERCASE. You can then add a message to the reverse of the mug over 4 lines up to 30 characters per line. The message on the reverse will appear the same on both mugs. The personalisation on the reverse is case sensitive and will appear as entered. The mugs are ceramic. Hand wash is recommended.
