The split back straps can be adjusted to provide a looser or tighter fit to enable an effective yet comfy night of CPAP therapy. The AirFit\'s dual-wall nasal pillows are developed in such a way as to allow movement. The nasal pillow stems compress and morph in shape to enable an effective seal to be maintained if you change position during the night.
