Salvia \'Caradonna\' is a hardy perennial. From the summer, flower spikes emerge that are dark violet-blue in color. It has slightly aromatic dull green leaves but the flowers are very attractive for bees and butterflies. Position in the border with good, moist soil and a in a sunny spot where you can see the whole flowering season and welcome butterflies in your garden.
