The colour white of the new Valour FC 2022/23 alternate shirt represents the snow which covers the Manitoba prairies in winter. The embossed pattern on the front recalls the shape of wheat, the region\'s symbol and synonymous with growth and the fields reawakening after the long winter frost. The gold hue of the detailing on the collar, cuffs and hem of the shirt adds a touch of elegance. The back of the neck is customised with the motto: WE ARE MANY WE ARE ONE.
