The Transit is a light commercial vehicle produced since 1953 by Ford Germany and Ford UK and conceived for the European market. The front engine of these vehicles allow a lower loading bed, which eases the loading process. The very first Transit was produced in 1965 by German and British Ford together, wanted by Henry Ford; this cooperation gave life to what is Ford Europe today and to the well-known vehicle MK I. In 1978 it was further reshaped and the MK II was born. These vehicles have been a great commercial success in both the UK and Europe. The kit contains parts for left or right hand drive and includes the gas-board livery, as seen on the box-art. There is also a selection of number plates from various European countries. Starter Paint Pack Includes: 6 x 17ml Vallejo model paints. Vallejo paints are supplied in plastic bottles of 17ml with an eyedropper device which keeps paint from drying and prevents spills.
