Product Description The Burford is a new twist on the classic Victorian dormitory-style metal bed. The traditional style, shape and aesthetics of the metal bed frame has been given a brushed copper brass finish, to create an antique look and feel. The brushed finish is hand-painted, making each bed frame unique. The bed frame features lovely detailed castings on the head and footboards giving it authentic character. The antiqued effect makes the Burford bed visually perfect for period styled homes, or if your style is really out there, this makes the perfect bed for a modern industrial styled room. The bed includes a black metal guest bed trundle. Ideal for when friends and guests come to stay. The trundle folds out into a single bed ready for use, then it simply folds back again, and rolls away under the bed when not in use. An ideal space saver. The trundle bed is sprung slatted and fits a UK standard single 3ft mattress. Note: The trundle is intended to be used as a separate bed, and not put against the main bed. Due to the nature of the trundle bed we recommend a mattress no greater than 15cm in depth. We think our memory foam and budget spring mattresses are ideal.
