Nettle is rich in vitamins and nutrients and has been named the superhero among our Nordic herbs. Just add some of your favourite vegetable oil and a splash of water and prepare just the right amount of pesto for each occasion. Use our Nettle Pesto like you would any traditional pesto; spread it on top of bread, mix with your favourite pasta, enjoy as an exciting salad dressing or a delicious condiment to any meal. To make one serving (about 20 g) Shake the bag and use a spoon to mix the contents. Combine 1tbsp Nettle Pesto mixture with 0.5-1 tbsp water and 2 tbsp vegetable oil and mix well.
