Forest Defence can be used as an herbal tea, it can be mixed into smoothies or used in cooking for example to spice fish or in desserts for example. How to use? As a tea: Add 0,5 tsp of Forest Defence to 2 dl of almost boiling water. Brew for 5-10 min. The mixture is fine-grained, use a paper filter tea bag if you prefer to drink a clear tea.
