How to use forest bath? Place the bag in a cup filled with hot water, and let it infuse for 15 minutes. The etheric oils and minerals will dissolve in the water and get ready to pamper your skin. Pour the content of cup into a bath bowl and add water as much as you like. The water can either be warm or lukewarm, depending on the bathing experience you wish to have. You may also infuse the bag directly in the bath bowl. To fresh up your face: Squeeze the excess water from the bag and use it to gently pet the skin of your face.
