Moving around the city on a fixie bike it’s much more than going from A to B without a pair of brakes. It’s about being part of a cycling community with unique identity signals, a particular aesthetic and a very special brotherhood spirit among its members. We could say that it’s a family, a team or, in war terms, an army. With this idea in mind, we are launching the Santafixie Raval Army. A limited edition in military green and a matte finish that stands for our army, the fixie-cyclist army.Our own brand of bicycles and frames is a combination of our experience, your feedback and our will to keep on and explore cities. Here you have our first model – Raval. It’s the neighborhood in which everything started, where we have long brainstormed and because it’s a defining part of the culture, treasures and shape of our favorite city – Barcelona.The Santafixie RAVAL model is very light, weighing only 9.5 Kg. Its frame and fork are made with 6061 aluminium, a tough and strong variety. We propose a 44t chainring and a 16t sprocket, so that it’s easy and quick to move around on it. You can also choose amongst three different handlebar styles: riser, drop and bullhorn bars.
