This Medium, Green version of the Rehaband is an extremely lightweight, comfortable resistive band that is ideal for a wide range of gentle exercises.The band aids exercise by providing a controlled level of resistance to stretching, so it can be used to build fitness and muscle strength in arms, legs and other parts of the body.
