This Heavy, Blue version of the Rehaband, is an extremely lightweight, comfortable resistive band that is ideal for a wide range of gentle exercises.The band aids exercise by providing a controlled level of resistance to stretching, so it can be used to build fitness and muscle strength in arms, legs and other parts of the body. This Rehaband is supplied in a roll measuring 125mm (5\") wide and 45.72m (50 yards) long, enabling the user cut whatever length is required.
