Made from a hard wearing synthetic polymer, this blueberry-coloured Latex Free Flat Band is supplied as a six yard length (5.48m) and offers Medium resistance when it stretches.The system includes lighter and heavier levels of resistance and bands are also available on 50 yard rolls, allowing the user to cut specific lengths as required. Flexible and suitable for repeated use, the band is extremely versatile and can be used in a variety of exercises designed to build fitness, muscle strength and tone.
