This large white polypropylene combination chopping board measures 400mm x 300mm (16\" x 12\") in size and has a high quality chef\'s knife securely attached to it with a pivoting bracket.The knife has a 185mm (7.25\") long stainless steel blade and a black plastic handle and can be removed if required for cleaning and sharpening. The chopping board is also equipped with three stainless steel spikes that can be used to secure food items safely in one position, allowing for one handed peeling or slicing.
