The Reflex Chefs Knife has an 8\" blade made from high quality stainless steel with a smooth edge which is ideal for cutting or chopping food.The Chefs Knife is part of the Reflex range of kitchen utensils all of which have a contoured grip closed handle that is set at an angle to reduce the need for wrist movement and making the utensil easier to use and control for the user.
