This 0.5 kg wrist weight is the lightest in a range of 13 available weights.These Wrist Weights that have been designed to naturally contour to the users wrist for to provide optimum comfort. To provide visual identification each of the weights are colour coded, with this 0.5 kg (1.1 lb) weight being Beige in colour. The Wrist Weight has a fastening system that includes a 36cm long hook and loop strap with a double safety closure that allows it to be easily adjusted for comfort, and ensures a secure fit even during strenuous exercise programmes. Wrist weights are available in 13 different weight sizes, ranging from 0.5kgs (1.1 lbs) in size, up to 10kgs (22 lbs), all of which can be found in this area of our shop.
