Specially designed for excellent user comfort, this 2kg Ankle Weight is one of a number of Ankle Weights available from this section of the shop that conforms to the natural shape of the user\'s ankle.Each of the ankle weights is colour coded for easy visual identification, with this 2 kg (4.4 lb) weight being Green in colour. A simple hook and loop adjustment strap allows the user to fit the ankle weight securely and snuggly around the ankle with the utmost of ease. Available in 13 different weight sizes, ranging from 0.5kgs (1.1 lbs) in size, up to 10kgs (22 lbs), ankle weights are an excellent way of developing muscle tone and strengthening the legs.
