This specially designed 3kg Ankle Weigh conforms to the natural shape of the user\'s ankle for exceptional levels of comfort.The different ankle weights are all colour coded for easy visual identification, with this 3 kg (6.6 lb) weight being Black in colour. The Ankle Weight has a clever fastening system that includes a 36cm long hook and loop strap with a double safety closure that allows it to be easily adjusted for comfort and ensures a secure fit even during strenuous exercise programmes. Ankle weights are available in 13 different weight sizes, ranging from 0.5kgs (1.1 lbs) in size, up to 10kgs (22 lbs), all of which can be found in this area of our shop.
