This 4kg Wrist Weight is one of a range of Wrist Weights that have been designed to naturally contour to the users wrist for real comfort.The different weights are all colour coded for easy visual identification, with this 4 kg (8.8 lb) weight being Gold in colour. The Wrist Weight has a fastening system that includes a 36cm long hook and loop strap with a double safety closure that allows it to be easily adjusted for comfort, and ensures a secure fit even during strenuous exercise programmes. Wrist weights are available in 13 different weight sizes, ranging from 0.5kgs (1.1 lbs) in size, up to 10kgs (22 lbs), all of which can be found in this area of our shop.
