It is made from a closed cell foam that is light but strong and it has a triangular cut-out at the front of the neck that enables it to be used by patients needing a tracheotomy. This Medium sized Philadelphia Tracheotomy Collar with a lateral height of 57mm (2.25\") is designed for a neck circumference between 330mm and 406mm (13\" - 16\"); this collar is also available in range of different depths and sizes.
