The rocker-style sole promotes an easy, low impact gait that helps to reduce plantar pressure by more than 25 per cent, and it has a sure grip for improved safety.The APB is supplied with a comfortable insole that has twice the cushioning of most ordinary insoles and it can be altered to suit the requirements of the user. Alternatively, for maximum localised pressure alleviation, the insole supplied can be removed completely and replaced with a DARCO Peg Assist Insole (sold separately).
