When in use the mattress elevator allows the user to rise and recline smoothly, quietly and safely at the touch of a button, thus reducing the need for manual handling. Unlike many mattress elevators and due to its superior design, the drive mechanism cannot be felt through the mattress, even when the elevator is in the fully reclined position. The compact transformer is also unobtrusive, silent and easily hidden out of sight. The Width Adjustable Mattress Elevator is very strong with a maximum user weight of 254 kgs (40 st), a weight which it can raise and maintain at any angle between 9 degrees and 72 degrees, making it very flexible and ideal for use with even the heaviest of users.
