This 10kg Ankle Weight is the heaviest in a range of Ankle Weights that have been specially designed for complete user comfort when exercising the legs.All ankle weights have an adjustable strap so the user can find the most comfortable and secure fit during exercise. The Ankle weight can be used for a number of different leg exercises to help tone muscle, improve stamina and increase general levels of fitness.
