These Thin Handled Light Knives are part of the Etac range of thin handled light cutlery which have been designed with shaped handles to make the grip stable and comfortable.The thin handle of the knife allows a more functional grip when strength and mobility are so restricted that lifting the hand requires turning the palm upwards. The long handle acts as a lever and can be held in a \"pencil grip\" so that less effort is required to move the business end of the knife which in turn minimises any undue stress or strain on the fingers, hand and wrist. The lightweight nature of the knife further aids to alleviate any unnecessary pressure on the joints meaning a larger range of movement can be achieved with more control.
