This Care Service Plan covers a standard patient hoist, ceiling hoist or stand aid. To follow hoist regulations, a LOLER test is required every six months. This performed LOLER test will ensure that Nursing Homes and other business users are following hoist regulations. For people being cared for in their own homes, your carers may require this type of plan but in general, hoists in private dwellings are not legally required to be tested. Following the Government Health and Safety Executive LOLER requirements, this Service Plan provides one LOLER test. The engineer will provide full LOLER certification.
