A bright to lightly shaded position, well away from direct sunlight is its perfect home. Avoid positioning this plant close to cold draughts and radiators. Water Philodendrons freely to maintain evenly moist soil. Feed regularly between March and September when they are in active growth. Philodendron appreciates a humid atmosphere so if you can stand it on a tray filled with pebbles and water. As the water evaporates it will increase humidity around the plant. Misting the foliage with a fine spray will also improve humidity.
