A strikingly unusual polemonium. Polemonium pauciflorum \'Sulphur Trumpets\' has nodding, creamy yellow flowers like slender, flaring trumpets which are flushed with reddish-pink on the reverse. Blooming throughout summer, the flowers are held on upright stems above finely cut, silvery-leaved foliage. Would suit the front of a sunny or partially shaded border. Height: 40cm (16”).
