Veronica repens is a versatile mat-forming perennial. As well making excellent groundcover, this evergreen creeping speedwell is great for covering spring bulbs, underplanting trees and shrubs, planting into gaps in paving and cracks in walls, and filling out container displays. Delicate flowers in a mixture of pale blue and white are produced in late spring and early summer, creating a beautiful starry effect en masse. This tough Corsican speedwell is resistant to moderate drought and tolerates moderate levels of foot traffic. Height: 5cm (2in). Spread: 30cm (12in).
