Successional sowing will provide continuous luscious greens to add to your favourite dishes. Harvest from January to December, as this variety of kale can be grown through the winter in a greenhouse. Height 81-90cm (30-35"); spread 51-60cm (20-24"). Kale is amongst the most nutrient-dense foods, providing us with essential vitamins and antioxidants.
