The Euonymus Koi Boy is a  plant for sunny borders, the spindle tree is named for its creamy white seed capsules split apart to present scarlet red seeds and creates a lovely combination of colours similar to the Koi Carp, hence the name. A hardy tree, it will tolerate a wide range of conditions including chalky soils, it will form into either a large shrub or a small multi-stemmed tree with green foliage turning to pale gold in autumn.
